What this covers
This policy explains what happens to the details you send through this website. It is written by Talia Amaro, a videographer working on her own, and it applies to this site only.
What I collect
When you send the enquiry form I receive your names, email, the date and place of your event, the hours and films you are interested in, your budget band and anything you write in the message. I don’t use cookies for advertising and I don’t sell or share your details.
Why I keep it
I use your details to reply to your enquiry, to write your quote and, if you book, to plan and deliver your films. If you don’t book, I delete your enquiry after twelve months.
Films and footage
Footage of your day is stored on my own drives and a backup service until your films are delivered and for a year after. I only show your films on this site or social media if you say yes in writing.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time by emailing talia@example.org. I reply within two working days.
Updates
If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page. Last updated November 2026.
